As the Milan Design Week approaches, the project Still 1492 | Never Ending Story continues to take shape, enriched by new elements and content that expand its cultural scope.
After sharing the origins of the artwork and the journey that led artist Fidia Falaschetti and Angelino Artworks to its creation, we can now unveil a new dimension of the initiative: a program of talks and conversations that will accompany the public throughout the Fuorisalone week.
Galleria Robertaebasta, the beating heart of the project in the Brera district, will not only serve as its institutional venue, but will transform into a dynamic space for exchange where art, vision and production come together to generate shared content and perspectives.
This is how #STILL TALKS comes to life: a series of events designed to open the artwork to dialogue and offer new interpretations of the themes it explores: identity, memory and collective responsibility.
Among the most anticipated moments:
– a conversation between Fidia Falaschetti and Ashley Callingbull, an authoritative voice of the Cree First Nations, whose contribution has deepened the meaning of the artwork;
– a dialogue between the artist, Angelino Artworks, and Galleria Robertaebasta, offering an inside look at the creative and production process;
– a series of talks focused on the value of collaboration, featuring the Partners who made the project possible, including FIM – Fabbrica Italiana Motoscafi, Rimani and Alberto Olivero Design.
A unique opportunity to step into the core of Still 1492 | Never Ending Story not only as spectators, but as active participants in a contemporary reflection.
As the artwork prepares to reveal itself to the public in its final form, what becomes increasingly clear is its true nature: not an object to be observed, but an experience to be lived.
And this is only the beginning.Milan is ready.
We almost are.
